Damate says to build 2.8 bln rbl feed mill in Penza Region by Oct

SARATOV, Aug 12 (PRIME) -- Russian turkey producer Damate plans to start building a 2.8 billion ruble feed plant until October in the Penza Region, the regional government said in a statement late on Tuesday.

"Construction of the feed plant is to start in the third quarter of 2020 on the same location with the grain elevator. The works will be completed in the third quarter of 2022. Investment in construction of facility will be about 2.8 billion rubles. More than 130 extra jobs will be created," the statement read.

According to the statement, Damate had also finished an upgrade of a 504 million ruble incubation facility in the region.
